Dedicating 80% of your content to interesting, relevant topics geared specifically toward your audience (who you know well from your insights, right??) means compiling content from influencers and from other relevant sites (I like pinterest).

In short, if a brand focuses too much on itself within social media as a means for boosting sales, its audience will immediately see through it and tune it out.
